Terms and conditions

Securing your date

A £50 booking fee secures your date. It is non-refundable if you cancel. You can pay it by card straight after you submit this form.

The balance

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your wedding, by bank transfer or cash. My bank details are on your invoice.

If you cancel

The £50 booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of the wedding, 50% of the fee is also due.

If I have to cancel

I will find a replacement or refund everything you have paid.

Travel and VAT

Travel is charged at cost, fuel only, and is not included in the total above. I am not VAT registered, so quoted prices are the full amount.

Discounts

Midweek bookings from Sunday to Wednesday receive 15% off the package. Offers cannot be combined, and Ceremony Sound is not discounted.

What I need at the venue

A 13A power supply and an XLR feed into the main PA or DJ system. Full percussion needs a 2m x 1m space with good access, within 5m of the main sound system, and parking near load-in if available.

Insurance

I hold £5 million public liability insurance, and all equipment is PAT tested annually. Certificates are available to download from the link in my wedding pack.

Your booking comes straight to me. You will see your invoice, can download a copy, and can pay your £50 booking fee by card to secure your date. I will confirm your date in writing.
